Property Listing Only: £80. Your property features on Rightmove, Facebook, Twitter and our own website. We take enquires, you do the viewings, once you find a tenant we remove the advert.
Tenant Find Service: £199. We advertise on Rightmove, Facebook, Twitter and our own website, you meet the tenants at viewings, we reference them, we provide you with the contract, you take it from there. We register the deposit if desired.
Sometimes you just need a tenant find service or a property listing on Rightmove, leaving you free to do the rest and keep costs down. Increased exposure for your property gives you a wider choice of tenants to choose from and when combined with our referencing services you can be confident of avoiding nightmare tenants.

Here’s how our national tenant find service works;
1) You email YourHome the room pictures and a description of your property, along with a copy of the EPC. Please include a phone number. We call you to check the details and arrange payment. Payment can be made either by cheque, direct transfer to our account or over the phone by credit or debit card. Once payment has cleared we will prepare the property for marketing.
2) It is a legal requirement for a property to have an EPC before it is marketed or Let. If you do not have an EPC we can arrange this for you at a cost of £75. We will need to see a copy of the EPC prior to marketing your property. A gas safety certificate is also a legal requirement prior to a tenant moving in. We can arrange this at a cost of £95.
3) The property is entered onto our system and put onto Rightmove, Facebook, Twitter and our own website where it is seen by tens of thousands of people all over the UK.
4) We handle all enquiries and arrange suitable viewing times with you.
5) Once a tenant wishes to apply, we check with you that you’re happy to proceed. If you opted for our Property Listing Only package then we remove your advert at this point and pass your details to the prospective tenant.
6) If you opted for our Tenant Find package we now carry out a full Homelet reference covering credit checks, fraud checks, employment checks and previous landlord checks.
7) Once a reference comes back as acceptable, we pass the report onto you along with our contract and you arrange a move in date with the tenant.
8) If desired we can handle the deposit and ensure it is registered in a government approved third party scheme.
Referencing tends to take approximately 4-5 days to complete depending on the speed with which people respond to enquiries.
